What credit cards do you accept?
Visa/Mastercard/Discover are accepted in the retail shop. Paypal is used for online sales.
Do you rent ski or snowboard equipment?
No.
Do you tune skis and snowboards overnight?
Yes. They need to be in the shop by 5:00 pm. We cannot offer overnight service with some of our labor-intensive tuning services and repairs.
Do you tune skis and snowboards while we wait?
No.
Do you offer same day service?
Yes, if time permits. The more time you give us, the better chance you will have of getting them back same-day.
Can you fix bent skis?
Yes, if the bend is not too severe.
Can you fix broken metal edges in skis or snowboards?
Yes, if the broken edges are not too severe.
Can you repair a deep gouge in the ski base that goes into the core material?
Yes.
Can you mount alpine ski bindings?
Yes, we have the tools to install most alpine bindings and a few telemark bindings.
Do you remove the bindings to stone grind alpine skis?
Yes, on our performance tune package.
Do you offer "hot box" or "thermo bag" waxing service?
Yes, we have a new Toko thermal bag wax system.
Do you fit, service, or sell ski boots?
No.
Do you service ski poles?
Yes, we can cut them to length and replace the baskets and tips.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, email us for a quote through our website.
