Return & Refund Policies
Please include a copy of your receipt along with an explanation of why you are returning the products. The package needs to be insured and prepaid. Ship to Today's Edge, 4538 Mountain Road, Stowe, VT 05672. CODs will not be accepted. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, exchange or store credit on all merchandise (exclusive of shipping charges). Returned products must be in original "new" condition with all factory packaging, instructions, tags, and all accessories included. A $20.00 restocking fee may be charged if all of these conditions are not met. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Products received after 30 days will be processed as a store credit only (exclusive of shipping charges).
Sale and Clearance Merchandise: Returns of products purchased "on sale" or at "clearance" prices will be accepted for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued.
Damaged Packages: Carriers require that the package containing damaged items be inspected by the recipients at the time of delivery. Please notify the carrier if the packages received are damaged. An inspection by the carrier will be made and, based on the carrier's decision, the product will either be replaced or refunded.
Wrong Size: When returning a garment for an exchange for a different size, return shipping and handling will be no more than $5.95. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
